Project Overview
From October 2016 to April 2017, I worked on an extended project with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta to improve the design and usability of their website on both desktop and mobile platforms.
This project used findings from one-on-one user interviews to inform the design of a web-based, quantitative survey.
This research helped deliver:
▸design recommendations based on research findings
▸evaluations of desktop and mobile prototypes
▸a website update
▸follow-up research confirming success of the updates with target audience

My Role
Throughout this project, I compiled and analysed notes from one-on-one customer interviews. I utilized findings from the first round of interviews to structure a larger web survey, and then delivered an analysis of all qualitative and quantitative research along with final design recommendations.
Research methods leveraged throughout this process include:
▸structured interviews
▸cognitive walkthroughs
▸web surveys
