Project Overview
From September 2016 to May 2018, I partnered with Uber to conduct user research of existing features and new concepts across their platforms - the flagship passenger facing Uber application, the Uber Driver application, and the Uber.com website.

I have completed over 100 hours of interviews with Uber Riders and Drivers across 8 major North American cities.

This research helped deliver:
▸design recommendations
▸insights into driver behavior
design comps that illustrated research findings
▸insight into the receptivity of Uber's different markets to design features

My Role
I worked with the moderator and project manager to develop user testing plans and discussion guides. I captured user feedback and synthesized this qualitative data into actionable design recommendations at all stages of development, from conceptual ideas and wireframes to high fidelity prototypes and live product.

Research methods leveraged throughout these projects included:
card sorts
cognitive walkthroughs
focus groups
iterative design
▸participatory design
questionnaires
